This is an English translation of the Korean terms of use. If the two versions differ, the Korean version applies.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions for using the calculators provided by 셈장부 (WonLedger, "this site") and the rights and duties of users.
Article 2 (The service)
This site provides free calculation tools for pay, tax, loans, real estate and similar topics. All features can be used without signing up.
Article 3 (Nature of the results)
Every result on this site is an estimate for reference based on published laws, notices and rates. Please keep the following in mind:
- Results are not tax, legal or investment advice and are not provided for that purpose.
- Actual amounts can differ because of personal deductions, company rules, local ordinances and the policies of financial institutions.
- Because of changes in law, rates or notices, the figures on this site may not be the latest.
- Items not reflected in a calculation are listed on each calculator's page.
If an amount will be used for an important decision — signing a contract, filing taxes, taking out a loan — always confirm it with the National Tax Service, the local government, the financial institution concerned, or a professional such as a tax accountant or licensed real estate agent.
Article 4 (Limitation of liability)
This site tries to keep its results accurate, complete and current, but does not guarantee them. This site is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from decisions or actions a user takes based on its results.
The same applies when the service is interrupted for reasons beyond this site's control, such as natural disasters, server failures or network errors.
Article 5 (Users' obligations)
Users must not:
- disrupt the service by sending excessive automated requests;
- copy, distribute or commercially use this site's content without permission;
- interfere with the site's normal operation or exploit its vulnerabilities.
Article 6 (Intellectual property)
Copyright in the text, explanations, design and code published on this site belongs to this site. Quoting with the source stated is allowed, but copying all or a substantial part to run as a separate service is not.
The laws, notices and rates on which the calculations are based are public information and are not claimed by this site.
Article 7 (Advertising)
This site shows third-party ads to keep the service free. Advertisers are independent of this site, and this site is not responsible for ad content or for any dealings between users and advertisers.
Article 8 (Changes to these terms)
These terms may change within the limits of applicable law. Any change and its effective date will be posted on this page.
